How do I order?

You can order in stock items right here on the web store as we add them. For bigger one-of-a-kind events, you’ll occasionally find sales and auctions in our Facebook group. Keep an eye out for the dates of the next sale, they’ll always be posted in advance! If you’d like a custom order, simply email us and we can discuss options, designs, and budget to find something perfect for you.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Most are not, currently. If you’re looking for hypoallergenic options though, please contact us before ordering. Most of our items can be made hypoallergenic at no charge, and we’re happy to switch things out to do so. 🙂

How do I pay?

We prefer Paypal, as it allows us to print your shipping label straight from home. However, we know that not everyone uses Paypal, so we also accept CashApp, FB Pay, and well-concealed cash/checks at our mailing address which we’ll give during confirmation of the order if needed. Please note, checks at our bank take 7-10 days to clear, and your order cannot be started until the check clears and is deposited.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Please be aware that shipping is more expensive and takes longer to get to the recipient. Also, there are some products that we cannot ship overseas due to USPS regulations, but we’d be more than happy to discuss options with you.

How long does it take to ship an order?

Most products are already made and ready to ship. If you order a custom item, or we had enough to make multiples of a product and only made one as an example, it can take up to 6-8 days to create and package your order, depending on if epoxies or special glues are used that require extra curing time.
